What are the governing documents for Allegro Palm Condominium Association, Inc.?
  
 
Gate & Amenity Key Information:
 
Gate Fobs are available for purchase for $25 each (cashier's check or money order payable to Allegro Palm).
 
Mailbox Keys (if on hand) are available for purchase for $5 each (cashier's check or money order).
 
Please contact the office directly to program the owner/tenant names in the call box.
 

Insurance Certificates: 
 

 
Unit Owners:
 
Should a lender require a unit specific certificate, please provide the following information via email to coi@assuredpartners.com.  

 Name of the Association
 Unit Owners Name(s)
 Owners Address & Unit number (if applicable)
 Loan Number
 Mortgagee Clause that Includes the Name and Address of Bank

Please note that the expected turn around time is 24‐48 hours for the certificate to be issued.

Association Assessments:
 
All Assessments are to be made payable to Allegro Palm Condominium Association, Inc and handled as follows:
 
1st of each month: Assessments Due
 
11th of each month: Late fee of $25 posted to the account and delinquent notice sent
 
Dues may be mailed or dropped off at the Allegro Palm COA Office located at 5501 Legacy Crescent Pl., Riverview, FL 33578 or paid online though www.paylease.com. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the payment guidelines in order to keep fees manageable.

Parking:
 
There are no assigned open parking spaces in Allegro Palm.  Covered Carports and Garages are Reserved Parking.  
 
Maintenance:
 
Please note that our maintenance team is here to take care of the amenities and common areas. Should you need the service of our maintenance team regarding these areas, please contact the office directly at 813.620.1733 or send an email to allegropalm@zrsmanagement.com.
 
 
Leasing:
 
The leasing of condominiums in Allegro Palm requires the owner to provide a copy of their Property Management Agreement (if applicable), valid lease contract and any subsequent renewal lease contracts, contact information for the tenant(s), and a working copy of a key to the unit for emergencies and annual Fire System Inspections.
 
Leasing Permits and tenant approval are not required. 
 
Signs are not permitted.
 
Sales:
 
Buyer approval is not required.
 
Signs are not permitted.
 
 
Estoppels:
 
Please send a check for $299 payable to Allegro Palm Condominium Association, Inc to 5501 Legacy Crescent Place Riverview, FL 33578 with your request.  Expedited Requests are an additional $119.
 
We do not complete Condominium Questionnaires.
